By entering an event hosted by The Race Organiser Ltd. you are confirming that you understand and agree to the terms and conditions detailed below, the contents of which we reserve the right to amend at any time. These terms may differ across events.
You agree to receive communications from us relating to the specific event for which you have registered.
You agree that any medical or emergency contact information you provide to us will be shared with the event medical provider to best ensure your safety in case of a medical emergency.
You agree that we may publish your personal information as part of the event results and may pass such information to the governing body or any affiliated organisation for the purpose of insurance, licensing or for publishing results either for the event alone or combined with or compared to other events. Results may include (but will not be limited to) name, gender, club affiliation, team, race time and age category.
Your personal information will not be shared for any purpose other than fulfilling our obligation to provide the service for which you have registered unless you have provided explicit consent for us to do so.
You agree to adhere to the rules of the event as outlined by the race director, event staff, stewards, marshals, police or medical providers and in accordance with any requirements stipulated by any affiliated organisations (where applicable).
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel applications (including duplicate applications) and to withdraw entrants from an event who are acting in a manner detrimental to the enjoyment or health and safety of themselves or others. Such withdrawals will occur without refund and anyone that opts to continue does so entirely at their own risk.
We reserve the right to alter the time and/or date of the event, the course route, distance, fees or prizes and offer transfers in place of refunds if an event is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances outside our control.
In accordance with UK Athletics guidelines, we require event participants to meet the following minimum age requirements on the date of the event.

Additionally, Triathlon participants must be 15/17 years of age on the day of the event for Sprint/Olympic distances respectively.
All entrants must be fit to compete and should, where necessary, seek medical advice prior to participating. Whilst every reasonable care is taken, entrants cannot hold the organisers, sponsors or landowners responsible for their health or safety whilst participating in an event.
ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST SUPPLY ANY RELEVANT MEDICAL INFORMATION ON THE REVERSE OF THEIR RACE NUMBER PRIOR TO STARTING THE RACE. WHERE A PARTICIPANT HAS IDENTIFIED ANY MEDICAL CONDITIONS/ALLERGIES, A LARGE RED CROSS SHOULD BY MARKED ON THE FRONT OF THEIR RACE NUMBER USING PENS PROVIDED AT RACE REGISTRATION.

Cancellation, Refunds & Transfers
Cancellation requests received more than 8 weeks prior to the originally scheduled event date will be entitled to a full refund.
Partial refunds are available after this date but, as a result of the increasing, irrecoverable costs incurred by The Race organiser Group as the event date approaches, the amount refunded will be determined with respect to the proximity of the date of receipt of a cancellation request in relation to the originally scheduled event date.
Requests received more than 6, 4 or 2 week(s) prior to an event will be entitled to a respective 75%, 50% or 25% refund on the original amount paid.
Subject to any price difference, transfers to an alternative event or participant (as a result of illness, injury or other circumstance) are permissible at no charge until two weeks prior to the start of the event, after which such transfers will incur a £5 administration charge. We reserve the right to refuse transfer requests received later than 2 business days prior to the start of the event.
Entrants are NOT PERMITTED to transfer their registration/number to another participant without confirmation from The Race Organiser Ltd. Participating in someone else's place can have serious consequences in the case of a medical emergency. Furthermore, the accuracy of race results is dependent on our ability to maintain accurate information about competitors and we reserve the right to disqualify any participant who does not adhere to these stipulations.
